Our companies have the ambition to cover the entire life cycle of documents, each building on its strengths. Each is ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 has the status of support PFS, and has invested heavily to become shortly Digitisation Service Provider and Conservation (CSDP-DC).
The PSDC status
The Luxembourg law of 25 July 2015 gives companies the ability to destroy original paper document provided that rigorous standards both for its digitisation and its conservation are respected.
The Luxembourg Institute for Standardization, Accreditation, Safety and Quality of Products and Services (ILNAS) provides Digitisation Service Providers and / or Storage (PSDC) accreditation to suppliers like Numen.
Luxembourg becomes one of the first countries to adopt such legislation and opens the way for the simplification of conservation and archival research.
Numen reaches both parts of the PSDC status (Paperless Service Provider and / or Conservation): dematerialisation and conservation.
Numen has been preparing the PSDC status for several years. The law now adopted, Numen intends to help Luxembourg to develop the electronic safe in Europe while accelerating the digital transformation of other countries.
Numen has made several acquisitions in the past in order to cover the entire document flow. Concretely, with a product like Easyfolder, from Numen Solutions (ex CIMAIL), Numen offers a unique platform to its clients to store, share and exchange information dematerialised in a highly secure environment.
DaaS, Document as a Service!
To address the need for complete outsourcing of data workflow, Numen supports the entire "supply chain" of information. Companies can then focus their resources on their core business.
Since the physical collection or automatic capture up to the certified destruction, through classification, digitisation, indexing, data mining, data analysis, electronic workflow management, physical or electronic archiving, backup, desktop publishing and routing.
Numen relies on its partnership with Labgroup, third party archiver to provide an end to end service.
Dematerialisation and preservation
"Dematerialisation" refers to the digitisation of non-digital documents and the monitoring of the results of the scan. Numen Europe is ISO 27001 approved and ensures end to end traceability of the process, uses cryptography mechanisms, time stamping, electronic signatures, access management, audits ... thus reaching the PSDC-D.
The "Conservation" version of the PSDC-C status, refers to the creation and the preservation of digital archives in time.
